- Document configurations, processes, and system changes
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver software rapidly
- Perform regular system audits and vulnerability assessments
- Support disaster recovery planning and testing
- Evaluate new technologies for operational improvements

- Ensure logging standards are followed across services
