Responsibilities
- Designs and sustains CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD tools
- Applies Infrastructure as Code principles with platforms such as Terraform
- Handles routine deployments and supports enhancements to CI/CD workflows
- Develops and runs basic automation scripts, including Ansible playbooks
- Diagnoses and improves performance in Kubernetes cluster environments
- Produces and updates operational documentation such as diagrams, data flows, and technical articles
- Stays current with evolving technologies and industry best practices
- Plans and executes deployment scenarios across staging, UAT, and production environments
- Participates in shaping technical architecture and system design decisions
- Gathers and evaluates system data including logs, stack traces, and thread dumps
- Replicates application issues to generate debugging reports and support resolution efforts
- Performs duties outside standard working hours when necessary
- Engages directly with clients and travels to international sites of customers or partners
