About the Role
You’ll help launch and lead developer relations for a fast-moving SaaS and open source venture. This is a foundational position where your voice, content, and community work will directly shape how developers discover, use, and contribute to our tools.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain clear, accurate documentation for open source projects
- Produce accessible technical content—tutorials, articles, social threads, and videos—focused on real developer needs
- Strengthen our presence across GitHub, developer forums, and technical networks
- Guide external contributors by reviewing pull requests, triaging issues, and integrating feedback
- Represent the project at events, meetups, and online communities worldwide
- Collaborate on codebases using TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS to improve product and platform
What We Look For
You read code comfortably—especially TypeScript—and can explain it clearly. Your writing is direct and approachable, never hiding behind buzzwords. You understand the rhythms of open source: how trust is built, how contributions are nurtured, and how communities endure. You align with our mission and are motivated by shared ownership, not just titles.
How You’ll Work
This is a fully remote role—work from anywhere—or choose to be based in Brest, France. You’ll collaborate directly with a small team of five, with no layers or gatekeepers. Your impact will be immediate and visible.
Compensation & Influence
Equity and salary aren’t defined by fixed bands. Instead, you earn board-level standing based on the value you deliver—no financial buy-in required. This is a co-founding partnership, structured around contribution, not contracts.
Our Culture
- We build first, talk later
- Open source isn’t a tactic—it’s our default
- We move fast and adapt quickly
- Communication is honest, direct, and respectful
- We treat roles as partnerships, not hierarchies
