Responsibilities
- Develop and implement daily content plans across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Tumblr for both organizational and leadership accounts.
- Schedule and publish content during high-engagement periods to boost organic visibility and audience expansion.
- Analyze engagement data and audience trends to refine content strategies and improve performance.
- Oversee graphic and video production workflows, collaborating with creative teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Transform recorded sermons and events into engaging, platform-specific digital content.
- Keep content calendars and posting schedules updated to maintain a consistent brand presence.
- Conduct regular website updates using Boxcast, ensuring SEO optimization of keywords, titles, and metadata.
- Maintain and update mobile app content through Goodbarber as required.
- Perform weekly audits of digital assets to verify accuracy and alignment with brand standards.
- Monitor and report on core digital metrics such as engagement rates, audience growth, and content reach.
- Update press materials and audience statistics every quarter.
- Document visual, social, and story content issues or enhancement opportunities weekly.
- Ensure all digital platforms reflect consistent branding in line with established guidelines.
- Coordinate digital production elements and assets ahead of recurring events and experiences.
- Handle incoming communications, triage issues, and collaborate across departments to keep initiatives on track.
