We’re seeking a senior Digital Product Manager to shape the strategy and execution of our e-commerce platform and upcoming mobile application. You’ll take full ownership of the product journey—from concept through launch and continuous optimisation—ensuring a seamless experience across web and mobile.
What You’ll Do
- Define the product vision, roadmap, and strategic priorities for both online store and mobile app development.
- Lead a cross-functional team of product, technology, design, and data specialists, fostering collaboration and growth.
- Drive measurable improvements in key performance indicators such as conversion, retention, usability, and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the full product lifecycle, balancing user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals.
- Take ownership of launching the mobile application and setting its long-term direction.
- Ensure a consistent, intuitive experience across all digital touchpoints.
- Use analytics, user research, and A/B testing to guide decisions and prioritise high-impact initiatives.
- Translate international expansion goals into actionable product requirements.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record managing an e-commerce platform with full end-to-end responsibility.
- Deep understanding of e-commerce mechanics including checkout flows, payment systems, promotions, logistics integrations, and conversion optimisation.
- Experience leading teams and working closely with developers, designers, and data experts.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on delivering business impact.
- Based in or open to working from London or Prague, with flexible working arrangements available.
