Responsibilities
- Manage core data infrastructure, leading pipelines into Snowflake and Power BI while ensuring accuracy and scalability.
- Develop strategic analytics using predictive modeling and statistical analysis to guide executive decisions and growth.
- Oversee operational and financial metrics, including KPIs like churn and signed accounts, collaborating with underwriting and finance.
- Design scalable systems and automation, creating future-proof data models and maintaining data integrity.
- Lead a team of 6+ data analysts and managers, setting priorities and mentoring talent.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Product teams to align on metrics and business decisions.
Requirements
- 10+ years in financial data and analytics or related fields.
- Experience managing teams of analysts and working with enterprise-scale datasets.
- Advanced SQL skills and proficiency with BI tools, especially Power BI.
- Familiarity with data warehousing platforms like Snowflake and programming languages such as Python or R.
- Knowledge of AI/ML concepts for analytics and automation.
- Expertise in predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and identifying performance drivers.
- Strong communication skills to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a proactive approach.
