Responsibilities
- Lead and execute commercial strategies that support organizational goals
- Identify and acquire new supply sources, strategic alliances, and emerging market opportunities
- Develop and deploy sourcing initiatives to enhance competitive advantage
- Build, manage, and guide a high-performing sales team across various U.S. regions
- Drive achievement of volume, margin, and deal closure targets
- Promote a results-oriented culture emphasizing accountability and ownership
- Ensure accurate sales pipeline tracking, forecasting, and performance alignment
- Conduct regular commercial performance reviews focused on growth and deal execution
- Maintain data accuracy and enforce consistent performance measurement practices
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and pricing shifts in automotive, metals, and commodities sectors
- Deliver strategic insights to inform sourcing decisions, capacity planning, and expansion efforts
- Support annual planning, budgeting, and commercial forecasting activities
- Collaborate with Operations, Logistics, Administration, and Finance to align sales commitments with operational capacity
- Work with peer business development leaders to ensure unified strategy and execution across regions
