About the Role

What You'll Do

Drive sales initiatives across a designated 2-5 state area by establishing connections with key decision-makers in healthcare organizations. Plan and lead webinars, virtual sessions, and in-person meetings to present services and secure contractual agreements. Travel within your assigned region approximately five days per month to maintain strong client engagement and support ongoing business growth.

Build trust with hospital executives and practice administrators by understanding their operational needs and recruitment challenges. Use insights to tailor outreach strategies and deliver relevant, accurate information through presentations and follow-up communications. Maintain a structured approach to territory management, ensuring timely responses and consistent progress tracking.

Requirements

  • Proven background in healthcare sales, with a focus on consultative selling
  • Direct experience engaging with C-suite and senior-level healthcare leaders, including CEOs, VPs, and directors
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a geographically dispersed territory
  • Comfortable presenting in group settings and one-on-one discussions, both remotely and in person
