Responsibilities

  • Drive and execute business growth strategies in alignment with organizational goals
  • Identify and acquire new supply sources, strategic alliances, and emerging market opportunities
  • Design and deploy sourcing initiatives that enhance competitive advantage
  • Recruit, manage, and develop a high-performing sales team across various U.S. regions
  • Achieve commercial targets related to sales volume, profit margin, and deal closure rates
  • Promote a results-focused culture emphasizing accountability and ownership
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline tracking, forecasting, and performance alignment
  • Conduct regular commercial performance reviews centered on growth and execution
  • Ensure data accuracy and enforce consistent performance measurement practices
  • Track industry trends, competitor activity, and pricing shifts in automotive, metals, and commodities sectors
  • Deliver strategic insights to guide sourcing decisions, capacity planning, and expansion efforts
  • Support annual planning, budget formulation, and revenue forecasting activities
  • Collaborate with Operations, Logistics, Administration, and Finance to align commercial promises with operational capacity
  • Coordinate with peer business development leaders to maintain unified strategy and execution across regions
