Responsibilities
- Drive and execute business growth strategies in alignment with organizational goals
- Identify and acquire new supply sources, strategic alliances, and emerging market opportunities
- Design and deploy sourcing initiatives that enhance competitive advantage
- Recruit, manage, and develop a high-performing sales team across various U.S. regions
- Achieve commercial targets related to sales volume, profit margin, and deal closure rates
- Promote a results-focused culture emphasizing accountability and ownership
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline tracking, forecasting, and performance alignment
- Conduct regular commercial performance reviews centered on growth and execution
- Ensure data accuracy and enforce consistent performance measurement practices
- Track industry trends, competitor activity, and pricing shifts in automotive, metals, and commodities sectors
- Deliver strategic insights to guide sourcing decisions, capacity planning, and expansion efforts
- Support annual planning, budget formulation, and revenue forecasting activities
- Collaborate with Operations, Logistics, Administration, and Finance to align commercial promises with operational capacity
- Coordinate with peer business development leaders to maintain unified strategy and execution across regions
