About the Role
The successful candidate will lead financial strategy, reporting, and planning functions while ensuring compliance and supporting organizational objectives through data-driven insights.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of annual budgets and long-range financial plans
- Oversee preparation of financial statements and ensure regulatory compliance
- Manage cash flow forecasting and capital allocation strategies
- Direct internal controls and audit coordination processes
- Provide financial analysis to support executive decision-making
- Supervise accounting and finance team members
- Evaluate financial performance against forecasts and industry benchmarks
- Collaborate with department leaders on cost management initiatives
- Ensure adherence to healthcare-specific financial regulations
- Streamline financial reporting systems and dashboards
- Support grant and funding compliance reporting
- Lead special projects related to financial transformation
- Assist in evaluating new service line profitability
- Monitor key financial metrics and trends
- Partner with IT on financial system improvements
