About the Role
Lead the design and execution of the global recruiting strategy to attract top-tier talent across technical, clinical, and operational roles. Own end-to-end talent acquisition, hiring process efficiency, and candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a scalable global recruiting strategy aligned with company growth goals
- Lead full-cycle hiring for engineering, product, clinical, and go-to-market roles
- Partner with senior leadership to forecast hiring needs and prioritize roles
- Optimize candidate sourcing through direct outreach, referrals, and platform tools
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers across departments
- Design inclusive hiring processes that support equitable evaluation and decision-making
- Track and report on key recruiting metrics including time-to-fill and offer acceptance rates
- Enhance employer branding to attract mission-aligned professionals
- Manage external recruiting agencies and vendor partnerships
- Lead a team of recruiters and talent coordinators
- Develop training for interviewers on structured and bias-aware evaluation
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations across multiple jurisdictions
- Iterate on candidate experience to improve engagement and conversion
- Scale onboarding integration for new hires in a remote-first environment
- Identify diversity gaps and implement targeted sourcing initiatives
- Evaluate and deploy recruiting technologies and ATS improvements
- Maintain up-to-date market intelligence on talent trends in AI and healthcare
- Support executive-level searches in partnership with leadership
- Drive initiatives to improve retention through better hiring quality
- Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making within the recruiting function
Nice to Have
- Prior role in a healthcare AI or digital health organization
- Experience hiring clinical operations or regulatory experts
- Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare data privacy standards
- Network within AI research or clinical simulation communities
- Executive search experience at the director or VP level
