This role is responsible for leading the vision and execution of the retail business, ensuring seamless operations, elevated in-store experiences, and sustainable growth across all retail locations.

- Manage budgets and control operational costs across retail locations
- Analyze customer feedback and sales data to inform business decisions
- Build processes that support scalability and consistency in retail operations
- Represent retail leadership in cross-functional company planning
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and employment standards
- Foster a culture of inclusivity, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Lead performance reviews and talent development for retail managers
- Work closely with design and construction teams on store build-outs
- Develop key performance indicators and reporting frameworks for retail
