Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end ecommerce customer journey
  • Administer and enhance the Shopify platform or comparable ecommerce system
  • Deliver a consistent, high-converting user experience on desktop and mobile
  • Design and manage website navigation and usability enhancements
  • Maintain and optimize product pages and campaign landing pages
  • Drive conversion rate optimization initiatives
  • Study user behavior to detect friction points in the customer funnel
  • Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, product pages, and checkout processes
  • Focus on improving conversion rate, average order value, and revenue per visitor
  • Develop and execute product and merchandising strategies
  • Oversee the launch of new products and product collections
  • Implement promotional campaigns on the ecommerce site
  • Enhance product presentation through positioning, visuals, and copy
  • Coordinate merchandising efforts with marketing campaign schedules
  • Monitor key ecommerce performance indicators
  • Track metrics such as conversion rate, average order value, revenue, and bounce rate
  • Use data insights to guide prioritization of site improvements
  • Partner with marketing teams to assess traffic quality and conversion funnel performance
