Responsibilities
- Coordinate technical aspects of commercial discussions and gather project requirements from clients and internal stakeholders.
- Work with sales and subject-matter experts to develop responses to client RFPs and RFQs.
- Ensure alignment of project scope and identify gaps between sales commitments and product capabilities.
- Keep product databases current by regularly communicating with vendors on pricing and availability.
- Design system architecture for proposed solutions, including plant networks, control systems, data acquisition, and integration with substations and remote platforms.
- Collaborate closely with Delivery, IT, and Product teams throughout the sales cycle.
- Input customer and project data into CRM systems and manage document templates and repositories.
- Deliver tailored sales presentations that address client pain points and demonstrate solution value.
- Participate in industry events and trade shows as a company representative.
- Organize and lead hand-off meetings with Engineering and Customer Success teams for project execution.
- Tackle complex challenges by balancing multiple priorities using technical and interpersonal skills.
- Support internal process improvements and maintain documentation standards.
