Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple engineering initiatives to guarantee timely and budget-compliant product launches
- Direct a team of engineers by offering technical direction and support
- Work closely with product, design, and customer support units to facilitate seamless development and rollout
- Enforce compliance with coding norms, optimal practices, and security measures within the team
- Recruit, educate, and guide engineers and auxiliary personnel
- Assess and propose emerging technologies and approaches to enhance engineering workflows
- Cultivate and sustain robust connections with suppliers and collaborators to achieve project success
- Must have completed at least two projects comprehensively from start to finish
- Supervise the entire software development lifecycle for a team of developers and testers in agile settings
- Guide personnel to deploy client solutions in the most effective, schedule-oriented way, ensuring deliverables are secure and error-free
- Coach technical team members during projects to foster ongoing enhancement, including career planning and training coordination
- Handle hiring, training, development, performance reviews, disciplinary measures, and compensation adjustments for technical staff
- Create and implement departmental guidelines and processes
- Suggest optimal methods for adopting best practices in new or updated product implementations
- Monitor and communicate progress and outcomes
