Technical Direction & Execution
With hands-on experience writing scalable production code, you’ll maintain technical credibility while guiding system design, architecture, and deployment. You’ll own end-to-end delivery—from sprint planning to production rollouts in active mines—ensuring robustness, security, and speed. Your expertise across backend services, APIs, infrastructure, and AI/ML will enable you to collaborate deeply with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
Engineering Culture & Process
You’ll establish engineering practices rooted in code quality, automated testing, and continuous delivery. Your approach will balance pragmatism and vision—managing technical debt, avoiding premature optimization, and aligning strong technical opinions through diplomacy. Experience with agentic coding tools like Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor is essential, as is a mindset that treats AI as a core development partner.
