Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors was looking for an Enterprise Account Executive - (Remote, US)

Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth by connecting mid-market and enterprise clients with customer experience solutions. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, helping organizations transform strategies and increase efficiency through SaaS tools.

What You'll Do

  • Identify, initiate, and nurture relationships with qualified prospects through phone, email, and virtual meetings.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from discovery calls to contract closure.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of mid-market and enterprise-level opportunities.
  • Deliver engaging and tailored product demonstrations and presentations to Director, VP, and C-Level contacts.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between client needs and product capabilities.
  • Attend occasional trade shows and industry events to represent the brand and generate new leads.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of SaaS sales experience, ideally in enterprise accounts.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to present confidently to senior stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail, energy, and a proactive 'can-do' mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments while working independently and managing priorities effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Salesloft.
  • Knowledge of the home improvement industry.

  • Compensation: $80,000–$95,000 USD base salary plus monthly variable compensation.
