Responsibilities
- Design and develop sophisticated, multi-workload cloud solutions on Google Cloud Platform aligned with client business goals.
- Serve as the primary technical writer for proposals and Statements of Work, ensuring accuracy and technical viability.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key client contacts, providing strategic guidance on cloud adoption, best practices, and innovation.
- Partner with sales teams to pursue and secure new business by crafting and presenting technically compelling solutions.
- Lead customer discovery workshops to identify pain points and convert business needs into actionable architectural plans.
- Offer technical governance and serve as a point of escalation during implementation to ensure adherence to design specifications.
- Support and mentor junior technical staff while contributing to internal knowledge resources and standardized methodologies.
- Work primarily from the Chandler, Arizona headquarters, with limited remote work allowed based on business needs.

Responsibilities

- Act as the lead technical author for proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs), ensuring the proposed solutions are technically sound and feasible.
- Build relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on cloud strategy, best practices, and innovation.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify, qualify, and win new opportunities by developing and presenting compelling technical solutions.
- Lead discovery sessions to understand customer challenges and translate their requirements into a clear architectural roadmap.
- Provide technical oversight and act as an escalation point during project delivery to ensure the solution is implemented as designed.
- Provide mentorship to other technical team members as needed and contribute to the development of intellectual property and best practices
- Position is based out of Chandler, AZ HQ but telecommuting is permitted on a case by case basis.
