Requirements
- Associate's degree in a relevant field or at least three years of experience in heavy civil construction
- Proven background in estimating for heavy civil projects
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in negotiation processes
- Valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving history required
- Willingness and ability to travel within the local region
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with estimating and project scheduling tools such as P6 and HCSS Heavy Bid
