Equip Health is hiring an Event Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Partner with clinical partnership teams to align regional conference planning with organizational goals, processes, and target audiences.
  • Ensure consistent communication and coordination across departments, particularly with clinical partnership representatives.
  • Lead full-cycle event management, including calendar maintenance, vendor contracts, attendee logistics, lead tracking, exhibit setup, and post-event analysis.
  • Develop and maintain standardized operating procedures and best practices for conference participation.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams specializing in integrated campaigns, content, and creative design to tailor messaging for specific event audiences and manage content workflows.
  • Oversee digital inventory of event-related and promotional materials available through online platforms.
  • Apply customer data insights to shape and improve the attendee journey at every stage of the conference lifecycle.
  • Complete additional tasks as necessary to support team objectives.
