Responsibilities
- Manage faculty onboarding and orientation processes
- Maintain accurate faculty records and documentation
- Support recruitment by coordinating application reviews
- Verify faculty qualifications and academic credentials
- Ensure compliance with institutional and accreditation standards
- Assist in monitoring faculty performance and evaluations
- Coordinate communication between departments and faculty
- Track faculty workload and assignment records
- Support policy implementation related to faculty operations
- Respond to inquiries from faculty and staff
- Prepare reports on faculty metrics and operational data
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive personnel information
- Assist with accreditation reporting requirements
- Update and manage faculty databases and systems
- Facilitate training for new faculty members
- Monitor contract timelines and renewal schedules
- Collaborate with human resources on faculty appointments
- Ensure adherence to employment regulations and policies
- Support academic leadership with operational needs
- Identify opportunities to improve faculty processes
