Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a regional marketing strategy for Southern Europe, aligned with EMEA revenue goals and sales objectives
- Focus marketing investment on France as the primary market while expanding efforts into Spain, Italy, Portugal, and neighboring regions
- Adapt global marketing initiatives into region-specific programs that generate measurable leads and strengthen partner involvement
- Design and manage multi-channel campaigns such as events, webinars, direct mail, roundtables, digital advertising, social media, and account-based marketing
- Collaborate with regional sales teams by providing campaign strategies, market intelligence, and execution support
- Create and manage co-marketing plans with key partners including resellers, distributors, MSSPs, alliances, and channel networks
- Direct marketing development funds and co-marketing budgets toward initiatives that deliver trackable pipeline results
- Partner with the channel team to launch demand generation campaigns led by partners, enablement programs, and joint market expansion efforts
- Strengthen collaboration with channel sales leaders and partner account management teams
- Oversee lead management processes, including lead distribution, nurturing workflows, conversion improvements, and follow-up coordination with SDRs and sales teams
- Track and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies based on ROI, conversion rates, and pipeline impact
- Prepare quarterly business reviews and performance reports for senior leadership
- Share successful strategies across EMEA and help scale effective regional marketing practices
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in B2B technology marketing within the cybersecurity sector
- Demonstrated expertise in field marketing, channel and partner marketing, and demand generation
- Proven ability to support sales teams and deliver measurable pipeline growth
- Experience engaging with indirect sales channels such as VARs, distributors, alliances, and managed service providers
- Strong business judgment and ability to allocate resources based on market potential
- Comfortable working in complex, cross-functional, high-growth environments
- Excellent communication skills with senior stakeholders and strong relationship management abilities
- Proficient with tools including Salesforce, Asana, Reachdesk, G-Suite, ZoomInfo, and ON24
Nice to Have
- Prior experience marketing to Southern European markets
- Fluent in both French and English
- Working knowledge of Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese is beneficial but not mandatory
- Familiarity with cybersecurity domains such as cloud security, endpoint protection, identity management, SOC, threat intelligence, zero trust, or managed security services
- Background in account-based marketing and enterprise-level customer engagement

Compensation
Base salary range: EUR 90,000 - 125,000 annually, adjusted based on location, experience, and qualifications. Full-time roles include an equity package in the form of stock options.
