Responsibilities

- Document service activities and resolution steps
- Respond to service requests within defined timeframes
- Conduct system testing after installation or repair
- Provide on-site technical support during critical operations
- Follow safety protocols during field operations
- Verify system integration with existing infrastructure
- Train end users on system functionality
- Monitor equipment performance remotely when possible
- Replace or repair defective components
- Adhere to project timelines for deployments
- Maintain accurate records of equipment status
- Support network connectivity checks
- Validate data communication paths
- Coordinate with clients to schedule service visits
- Follow change management procedures for updates
