This position supports the deployment and maintenance of security and infrastructure software across client environments. Engineers work directly with customers to install, configure, and troubleshoot systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform on-site and remote installations of software platforms
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in complex network environments
- Collaborate with support and development teams to escalate and resolve bugs
- Provide post-deployment configuration and system optimization
- Document technical processes and customer environment details
- Support integration with identity management and certificate systems
Qualifications
Candidates should have a strong background in Linux administration, networking protocols, and web technologies. Experience with PKI, LDAP, and REST APIs is essential. The ideal candidate is technically proficient, detail-oriented, and capable of explaining complex concepts clearly.
A degree in computer science or a related field is preferred, along with 2–4 years of hands-on technical support or engineering experience in enterprise environments.
