Drive Financial Strategy and Operational Excellence
As a Finance Business Analyst, you'll play a key role in shaping financial outcomes by analyzing performance, refining reporting, and supporting strategic planning. Based in Luxembourg, you'll work within a collaborative FP&A team focused on transparency, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Examine revenue streams and gross margin trends to uncover opportunities for growth and efficiency.
- Construct performance bridges and conduct variance analysis to clarify financial outcomes and guide leadership decisions.
- Produce reliable financial reports, explaining deviations from forecasts and supporting planning cycles with actionable input.
- Collaborate with teams across functions to understand business needs and deliver targeted financial insights.
- Design interactive dashboards and KPIs that align with strategic goals, enabling data-informed decision-making.
- Translate complex datasets into clear, strategic recommendations that improve operational performance.
- Streamline financial workflows and reinforce controls to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Reconcile financial and operational data to create a single, trusted source for business planning.
What You Bring
- Fluency in both French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Sharp analytical abilities and a meticulous approach to detail.

Preferred Background
- Degree at the master's level in finance, accounting, economics, or a related discipline.
- Background in financial analysis, FP&A, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong skills in financial modeling and variance analysis.
- Familiarity with workflow design and process documentation.
- Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with Power BI and database systems is an asset.

Work Environment
