Take on a key role as Finance Manager for a 6-month fixed-term contract, contributing to the accuracy and integrity of financial operations across a fast-moving international organization. Working remotely, you'll play a central part in the Financial Control team, ensuring reliable month-end reporting, compliance, and financial oversight aligned with both local and global standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver precise and timely close of monthly financial accounts
- Track and manage cash flow across the organization
- Conduct reconciliations and maintain accurate general ledger entries
- Ensure compliance with tax, legal, and regulatory obligations in Poland and internationally
- Collaborate with auditors at both local and group levels to support audit processes
- Review the work of the Accounts Payable Manager and oversee group-wide AP operations
- Assist the Group Head of Finance with time-sensitive financial initiatives and analysis
What You’ll Need
- Strong understanding of Polish accounting, tax, and statutory regulations
- Experience with accounting software, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
- Proven ability to resolve complex reconciliation and control issues
- Familiarity with financial automation and system integrations
- Fluency in English and the ability to operate effectively in a global, cross-functional environment
- A self-driven approach with a high degree of accountability
Preferred Background
- Partial or full professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA)
- Exposure to NetSuite, US GAAP, UK GAAP, or IFRS standards
