This role is designed for a detail-oriented financial professional passionate about transforming data into strategic insight. You will work across departments to refine budgeting and forecasting processes, deliver clear financial analysis, and support long-term planning efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with department leaders to guide budget development, forecast cycles, and multi-year planning initiatives
- Produce and interpret financial and operational reports, analyzing performance against projections
- Design and maintain scalable financial models covering headcount, departmental costs, revenue projections, and investment scenarios
- Identify and communicate the root causes behind financial variances, highlighting risks and growth opportunities
- Support reporting on SaaS-specific metrics such as annual recurring revenue, churn, retention, and sales performance indicators
- Develop scenario analyses and financial justifications for strategic projects and resource decisions
- Ensure consistency between accounting records and management reporting through close coordination with the accounting team
- Enhance reporting efficiency by leveraging automation and AI tools within PowerBI
- Prepare financial summaries and analyses for executive leadership and board-level presentations
