This position plays a key role in supporting the North America Financial Planning & Analysis function by delivering reliable financial insights and standardized reporting. The analyst contributes to monthly forecasts, quarterly outlooks, and annual budgeting processes using established methodologies and templates.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate recurring financial reports, including variance analyses and performance summaries for leadership review
- Collect and verify financial inputs from plant controllers and cross-functional teams to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Support the production of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages for senior management
- Analyze key business drivers such as volume, costs, productivity, and margins using defined frameworks
- Respond to analytical requests from Operations and Sales teams with data-driven insights
- Maintain reporting templates, trackers, and standard documentation
- Identify data discrepancies or process inefficiencies and escalate appropriately
- Utilize enterprise systems including ERP, planning platforms, and BI tools to extract and analyze financial data
- Follow established standard operating procedures, reporting calendars, and FP&A protocols
- Build foundational knowledge of manufacturing operations and commercial finance dynamics
Qualifications
Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, along with 2–4 years of experience in financial planning, finance operations, or analytical roles. Advanced proficiency in Excel is required. Familiarity with Power BI or similar data visualization tools is preferred, as is prior exposure to manufacturing or operational finance environments.
