The Quality Group (TQG) is hiring a Financial Planning Analyst

About the Role

We're looking for a Financial Planning Analyst to play a central role in guiding strategic financial decisions as we expand our GPU cloud and AI-driven services. You'll work closely with leadership teams across departments, helping to shape budgets, forecasts, and long-term planning initiatives.

What You'll Do

  • Lead financial planning cycles, including budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year strategic models.
  • Develop and manage dynamic financial models to evaluate business performance and growth opportunities.
  • Monitor actual results against projections, uncovering drivers behind variances and advising on corrective actions.
  • Deliver clear, data-driven reports and dashboards for executive review, tailored to both finance and non-finance audiences.
  • Support month-end and quarter-end close processes with timely FP&A inputs.
  • Conduct scenario analysis and assess financial implications of new initiatives or market shifts.
  • Prepare financial summaries for board meetings, investor updates, and funding discussions.

What We're Looking For

You have 2–5 years of experience in financial planning, corporate finance, or a related analytical field. You're skilled in Excel or Google Sheets, comfortable manipulating large datasets, and adept at turning numbers into meaningful insights. You communicate clearly, think critically, and take initiative in identifying financial trends and risks.

Experience in high-growth tech environments—especially SaaS or cloud infrastructure—is a plus. Familiarity with NetSuite or BI platforms, along with exposure to investor reporting or fundraising, will help you succeed in this role.

What We Offer

  • Hybrid working based in London, with flexibility to work remotely
  • Competitive compensation and an annual discretionary bonus
  • 25 days of paid holiday plus public holidays
  • Wellbeing initiatives and professional development support
  • A culture rooted in trust, transparency, and shared ownership
  • Opportunities to grow alongside a scaling technology business

Our Commitment

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds. A diverse workforce strengthens our decision-making and fuels innovation. We are committed to inclusion, equity, and creating an environment where every voice matters.
