Responsibilities
- Partner with key customers to identify challenges, develop solutions, and ensure successful implementation and usage of AI technologies.
- Design and implement backend infrastructure supporting generative AI, including APIs, data workflows, integration components, RAG systems, and contextual logic frameworks.
- Install and manage systems across cloud, on-premises, and isolated network environments using established platform standards and deployment methods.
- Plan and prioritize delivery timelines by defining technical roadmaps, balancing speed with quality, and coordinating across teams and client stakeholders.
- Develop standardized tools, internal libraries, and operational guides to accelerate and simplify future mission deployments.
- Act as the primary technical liaison for customer leadership, explaining technical concepts clearly and fostering trust to support solution adoption.
- Gather real-world operational feedback and communicate insights to product and engineering teams to guide platform enhancements.
- Build and test new features using existing platforms and architectural patterns, then share findings to shape future development.
