Responsibilities

• Contribute to developing the operational foundation that supports company expansion
• Lead special initiatives by aligning stakeholders and ensuring timely execution
• Assist in financial operations including report maintenance, invoice follow-ups, and payment tracking
• Enable customer acquisition by managing legal and compliance procedures for new partnerships
• Support recruitment efforts from initial candidate review to interview coordination
• Help organize and carry out internal and external events while maintaining day-to-day office operations
• Collaborate directly with executive founders to advance key priorities
