What You’ll Do
- Lead technical customer engagements from integration through ongoing use, delivering measurable value.
- Design and build full-stack features using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python—rapidly prototyping and scaling solutions.
- Develop and refine AI/ML systems, including prompt engineering, voice tuning, and transcription models, tailored to specific use cases.
- Integrate with third-party platforms via APIs to create seamless customer experiences.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to translate feedback into product improvements.
- Iterate quickly based on user insights and evolving needs, balancing multiple priorities without compromising quality.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience across frontend and backend development with modern JavaScript and Python.
- Hands-on work building AI applications, particularly with large language models and ML pipelines.
- Skill in explaining complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
- Self-direction and initiative—someone who takes ownership and drives results independently.
- A track record of delivering high-quality projects under tight timelines in fast-moving environments.
