About the Role
This individual will lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, building scalable hiring processes and partnering closely with leadership to identify, attract, and close high-impact candidates across technical and non-technical roles.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for key positions across engineering, product, and operations
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates
- Collaborate with executives to define role requirements and hiring criteria
- Design and improve candidate evaluation frameworks
- Build relationships with underrepresented talent communities
- Manage candidate experience from outreach to onboarding
- Track and report on recruitment metrics and time-to-hire
- Refine interview processes to ensure consistency and fairness
- Partner with hiring managers throughout the selection process
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
- Create inclusive job descriptions that reflect team needs
- Support employer branding initiatives to increase visibility
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities
- Scale recruitment strategies as the organization grows
- Identify talent trends and provide market insights
- Evaluate and implement recruitment tools and platforms
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Drive diversity and inclusion goals through hiring practices
- Onboard and train new team members in hiring best practices
- Foster a culture of feedback and continuous improvement
- Manage external recruiting partners when necessary
- Balance urgent hiring needs with long-term talent planning
- Communicate transparently with candidates throughout the process
- Advocate for candidate experience at all levels
- Stay current on recruitment innovations and techniques
