About the Role

This individual will lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, building scalable hiring processes and partnering closely with leadership to identify, attract, and close high-impact candidates across technical and non-technical roles.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for key positions across engineering, product, and operations
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates
  • Collaborate with executives to define role requirements and hiring criteria
  • Design and improve candidate evaluation frameworks
  • Build relationships with underrepresented talent communities
  • Manage candidate experience from outreach to onboarding
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics and time-to-hire
  • Refine interview processes to ensure consistency and fairness
  • Partner with hiring managers throughout the selection process
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
  • Create inclusive job descriptions that reflect team needs
  • Support employer branding initiatives to increase visibility
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities
  • Scale recruitment strategies as the organization grows
  • Identify talent trends and provide market insights
  • Evaluate and implement recruitment tools and platforms
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Drive diversity and inclusion goals through hiring practices
  • Onboard and train new team members in hiring best practices
  • Foster a culture of feedback and continuous improvement
  • Manage external recruiting partners when necessary
  • Balance urgent hiring needs with long-term talent planning
  • Communicate transparently with candidates throughout the process
  • Advocate for candidate experience at all levels
  • Stay current on recruitment innovations and techniques
