Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and distribution of the monthly variance analysis package, delivering clear explanations for fluctuations in P&L, cost of goods sold, gross profit margin, and operating expenses.
- Develop and manage financial models based on key business drivers such as membership growth, average revenue per member, customer acquisition cost, payback period, contribution margin by program and cohort, and clinical cost-to-serve.
- Collaborate with department leaders in Customer Success, Clinical Operations, Marketing, and Sales to convert strategic plans into resourced budgets and validate underlying assumptions.
- Manage the long-term financial plan and rolling forecast, integrating scenarios with headcount planning, balance sheet projections, and cash flow statements.
- Prepare the monthly board reporting package, including KPI summaries, income statement analysis, gross margin trends, staffing levels, and forward-looking guidance in coordination with executive leadership.
- Lead the annual budgeting process for 2026, overseeing timelines, template design, business unit collaboration, and final consolidation.
- Design and maintain a suite of operational FP&A tools, including interactive dashboards, scenario planners, sales and customer success commission models, and what-if analysis frameworks.
- Advance the adoption of artificial intelligence in financial workflows by leveraging AI tools like Claude, AI-powered FP&A platforms, and AI features in Excel to streamline documentation, commentary, scenario analysis, and research.
