Mindrift is looking for a Freelance Automotive/Mechanical Engineering QA/AI Trainer to help shape the future of AI. In this role, you will improve Generative AI models through expert content creation, assessment, and review within your specialized domain.
What You'll Do
- Create and refine technical content to ensure accuracy and relevance, developing references and task examples.
- Assess the qualification tests of other experts to ensure their competency.
- Provide support by addressing project-related questions from other experts in community chats, especially regarding project guidelines.
- Review and evaluate tasks completed by other experts, ensuring alignment with guidelines. Provide constructive feedback, verify expertise-related information, and edit content to improve quality.
What We're Looking For
- A Master’s or PhD degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the field.
- An advanced (C1) or higher level of English proficiency.
- Working experience with Python.
- Experience in Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, or Reviewing.
- Experience in teaching, educating, lecturing, or training in your domain area.
- Readiness to learn new methods, ability to switch between tasks and topics quickly, and a willingness to work with challenging, complex guidelines.
- A laptop, reliable internet connection, available time, and enthusiasm for the challenge.
