This position offers flexible scheduling and income tied directly to performance, with weekly earnings ranging from $1,800 to $4,500+ based on your ability to secure loads, negotiate rates, and manage logistics efficiently.

What You’ll Do

  • Secure freight assignments using load boards and broker networks
  • Negotiate favorable rates based on market conditions and carrier needs
  • Oversee pickup and delivery schedules, real-time tracking, and required documentation
  • Maintain clear, professional communication with drivers and broker partners
  • Manage your workflow independently to maximize productivity and results
