Work within a Conversion Rate Optimisation team to enhance digital performance through technical experimentation and front-end development. You'll use HTML, JavaScript, and CSS to implement and monitor A/B and multivariate testing strategies, primarily through Adobe Target, across responsive and mobile environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with product, analytics, and business teams to align testing initiatives with business goals and maintain technical standards.
- Develop, deploy, and troubleshoot front-end solutions for testing campaigns using DOM scripting, AJAX, and jQuery.
- Build interactive prototypes and execute content updates directly within testing platforms.
- Ensure compatibility across browsers and devices, delivering reliable test results.
- Translate technical findings into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders and guide testing recommendations based on data analysis.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in front-end development with strong fluency in XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, and related libraries.
- Hands-on background using Adobe Target for digital experimentation.
- Familiarity with Agile workflows and cross-functional collaboration.
- Solid understanding of table-less layouts, responsive design principles, and DOM manipulation.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems using data and performance metrics.
Compensation and Work Environment
This is an onsite role based in Central London. The annual salary ranges from £80,000 to £85,000. You’ll be part of a transformative digital initiative backed by executive leadership, offering opportunities to grow technically and advance your career.
