Responsibilities
- Design clean, efficient solutions for complex challenges in client-side JavaScript and server-side Python or Django.
- Contribute improvements to open source projects, including a UI component library and a CSS inliner used for email rendering.
- Work closely with product managers and designers to design and implement new features.
- Develop and maintain internal tools and dashboards, spanning server-rendered pages to EmberJS-powered applications.
- Enhance build pipelines to streamline deployment and accelerate development cycles.
- Write comprehensive unit and integration tests, supporting a strong testing culture.
- Grow professionally by participating in tech communities and attending industry events.
- Continuously refine approaches across technical, operational, and cultural domains.
