As a Senior Frontend Engineer on the Assets team, you'll play a key role in shaping the next generation of digital asset management platforms. You'll design and implement responsive, accessible user interfaces using React and TypeScript, ensuring performance and scalability across high-throughput systems. Your work will directly impact how users interact with complex financial data, requiring a strong product mindset and attention to detail.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain modular, reusable frontend components within a micro frontend architecture, enabling efficient scaling across multiple product domains.
- Write clean, maintainable code that balances innovation with reliability, optimizing for speed, accessibility, and usability across devices.
- Collaborate with backend teams to define efficient API contracts using REST and GraphQL, ensuring seamless integration and data consistency.
- Translate Figma designs into functional, production-ready interfaces while providing technical feedback to improve feasibility and performance.
- Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimization strategies for load time, bundle size, and runtime efficiency.
- Work within agile sprints, contributing to planning, reviews, and iterative improvements alongside cross-functional partners in engineering, design, and product.
What We're Looking For
- At least five years of professional frontend development experience, with a focus on SaaS or complex web applications.
- Strong command of modern JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and related ecosystem tools.
- Hands-on experience with Node.js and full-stack contributions, particularly in backend-for-frontend patterns.
- Familiarity with scalable frontend architectures and state management in high-data environments.
- A natural curiosity for emerging technologies and a proven ability to assess and adopt new tools effectively.
- An inherent focus on security, especially as it relates to frontend implementation and user data protection.
