NeuroNav is looking for a Frontend Engineer to join our team building TeachShare, an AI-powered K-12 education platform. You will own the entire frontend experience, translating Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces. Your work will directly impact teachers, and you’ll ship A/B tests to move core metrics in rapid iteration cycles.
What You'll Do
- Convert Figma designs to production code with extreme attention to detail and pixel-perfect accuracy.
- Ship A/B tests through PostHog, implement feature flags, and iterate based on data.
- Work in tight cycles with our designer—often designing in the morning and shipping by end of day.
- Build and maintain a design system using Solid.js and Tailwind CSS.
- Ensure fast, responsive experiences across all devices.
What We're Looking For
- Strong frontend fundamentals in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with React or similar modern frameworks.
- Obsessive attention to design details, spacing, and visual polish.
- Ability to work independently and ship high-quality code quickly.
- Comfort with rapid iteration and a data-driven, experimentation mindset.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Solid.js, Zustand, or similar modern state management tools.
- A background in A/B testing, growth experimentation, and using data to drive decisions.
- Design system development experience.
- Previous work on education, impact-focused, or mission-driven products.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and building inclusive interfaces.
