Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy full-stack features encompassing user interfaces, application programming interfaces, backend systems, and data processing pipelines
- Lead features from initial concept and API architecture through to live deployment and ongoing improvements
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers across internal teams to align on goals and execution
- Engage in system architecture conversations and technical design evaluations to help guide effective engineering decisions
- Produce thoroughly tested, clean, and sustainable code while advocating for quality standards, monitoring, and system resilience
- Support team growth through mentorship and by fostering a cooperative, trust-based engineering environment
- Join on-call schedules and maintain responsibility for the stability and performance of deployed features
