Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle development of the labor marketplace platform for both web and mobile environments.
- Design and implement core features including job listings, candidate profiles, onboarding flows, identity checks, matching algorithms, messaging, scheduling, and employer-facing dashboards.
- Develop scalable backend services, APIs, and data processing pipelines to support large-scale recruitment operations.
- Collaborate with UX designers to deliver intuitive, responsive front-end interfaces for dashboards, search, task assignment, feedback systems, and workforce analytics.
- Integrate with external systems such as applicant tracking, human resources information, customer relationship management, payroll platforms, and third-party verification services.
- Build analytics infrastructure to monitor key metrics including conversion rates, user drop-off points, worker activity, and service-level compliance.
- Maintain secure and compliant systems capable of supporting tens of thousands of concurrent users across employer and worker segments.
- Write maintainable, well-tested, production-grade code across client and server environments.
- Translate product specifications into scalable technical architectures and thoughtfully engineered features.
- Enhance and standardize the design system and reusable component library for consistent user experiences.
- Design and manage database structures, microservices, RESTful and GraphQL APIs, and real-time communication features.
- Improve system speed and efficiency in critical areas such as candidate matching, appointment scheduling, and search functionality.
- Diagnose, debug, and resolve technical issues to increase system stability and uptime.
- Work closely with Product Management, UX/UI, Quality Assurance, HR, and operations teams to align technical delivery with business goals.
- Deliver features rapidly, iterate based on feedback, and emphasize tangible user impact over technical complexity.
