CompassX Group is hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer for a 9-month contract. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining software solutions across the full technology stack.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable software applications.
- Collaborate to translate requirements into clean, efficient code and technical designs.
- Implement features across both frontend and backend components.
- Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and performance issues.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience building and shipping full stack web applications.
- Strong proficiency in both frontend and backend programming languages and frameworks.
- Experience with relational and/or non-relational databases.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle, version control (e.g., Git), and agile methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote setting.
