Keragon Inc is hiring a Fullstack Software Engineer (Remote)

About the Role

Shape the future of healthcare technology by designing and maintaining a secure, scalable platform that empowers users to automate complex workflows without writing code. As a Fullstack Software Engineer, you'll play a central role in evolving the architecture behind our core systems—including the workflow engine, AI Copilot, and API—ensuring they remain robust, efficient, and compliant with healthcare standards.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and implement fullstack features from concept to deployment, bridging intuitive UI components with backend logic through clean APIs.
  • Advance the capabilities of our workflow execution engine to support increasingly sophisticated automation patterns.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of our SDK and CLI tools, enabling secure, high-performance integrations with external services.
  • Apply AI-driven techniques to streamline development workflows and improve product intelligence while maintaining rigorous standards for code quality and system security.
  • Optimize performance, reliability, and test coverage across the stack, with a strong emphasis on fault tolerance and regulatory compliance.
  • Work closely with designers and customer-facing teams to translate complex requirements into simple, effective solutions.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience building and maintaining production systems on both frontend and backend sides.
  • Strong foundation in software engineering principles: testing, version control, scalability, and clean code practices.
  • Ability to independently drive features from idea to release, balancing speed, quality, and long-term maintainability.
  • Comfort with TypeScript and modern web frameworks; experience in other languages is valued—what matters most is your ability to adapt and deliver.
  • Fluency in English, with clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using AI-assisted coding tools as part of your workflow, paired with sound technical judgment to ensure correctness and security.
