- Engage in ongoing tech maintenance, including resolving bugs and managing technical debt.
- Support and guide junior developers through knowledge sharing and mentorship.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and suggest modern tools or frameworks.
- Provide constructive feedback during team retrospectives to improve workflows.
- Take part in restaurant visits and interviews to observe real-world product usage.
- Join engineering communities and interest-based guilds aligned with personal passions.
