Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle implementation projects from initial requirement gathering through to delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction and ongoing optimization.
- Simplify complex processes by designing scalable, customized solutions that support client business objectives and operational workflows.
- Partner with engineering teams to resolve technical challenges, customize system configurations, and integrate with existing client infrastructure.
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients, proactively identifying needs and enabling maximum value from automation capabilities.
- Collaborate with sales teams to define implementation strategies tailored to client requirements and promote deep product engagement.
- Contribute to product development by converting client feedback into actionable insights for platform enhancement.
