As a GenAI Application Engineer, you will design and deploy advanced applications powered by large language models, multimodal systems, and generative AI technologies. Your work will focus on creating robust RAG architectures, developing embedding strategies, and implementing vector search and knowledge graph integrations that enhance enterprise operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and integrate AI-driven applications using LLMs and generative frameworks
- Construct and optimize retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and semantic search systems
- Implement vector databases and embedding models for intelligent data retrieval
- Develop automation tools and AI-assisted engineering solutions to improve workflow efficiency
- Deliver production-grade prototypes that solve real-world business challenges
Technology Environment
You'll work with Python, OpenAI, Anthropic, GitHub Copilot, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, LangChain, and Semantic Kernel to build scalable AI solutions.
Work Environment
This is a hybrid role based in Westlake, TX, with day-one onsite collaboration. The position offers flexibility while maintaining in-person team engagement.

Compensation
Annual base salary ranges from $103,330 to $128,656. Additional variable compensation may include bonuses, commissions, or incentives. Equity participation is available through the Employee Share Ownership Plan.
