As a GenAI Application Engineer, you will design and implement advanced applications powered by large language models, multimodal systems, and generative AI frameworks. Your work will focus on building robust RAG pipelines, embedding architectures, and vector-based search solutions that integrate seamlessly with enterprise knowledge sources. You'll create production-grade prototypes that enhance operational efficiency and support intelligent automation across complex business environments.
What You'll Do
- Develop and deploy applications using LLMs from providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Copilot
- Construct end-to-end retrieval-augmented generation workflows and knowledge retrieval systems
- Implement vector search capabilities and semantic indexing using tools like LangChain and Semantic Kernel
- Build AI-driven automation tools and intelligent engineering assistants to streamline development processes
- Work with containerized environments and CI/CD pipelines to ensure scalable, maintainable solutions
Qualifications
Successful candidates will have hands-on experience with Python and modern generative AI frameworks. Familiarity with CI/CD practices, containerization, and AI orchestration libraries is essential. Experience in developing semantic search systems and integrating AI into enterprise workflows is highly valued.

Compensation
The annual base salary range for this role is $103,330 to $128,656. Additional compensation may include variable pay, bonuses, or commissions. Equity participation is available through the Employee Share Ownership Plan.
