Responsibilities
- Carry out functional, regression, integration, cross-browser, exploratory, and API testing across applications
- Develop, update, and run test cases and scenarios for web and mobile platforms, with a focus on web-based systems
- Work closely with developers and product managers to understand specifications and verify feature correctness
- Detect, log, and monitor defects from identification through resolution in the development lifecycle
- Produce and manage thorough test documentation to support testing efforts
- Engage in quality assurance tasks during release cycles to confirm product stability
- Help shape and refine QA methodologies, testing strategies, and quality benchmarks across projects
- Support test automation efforts and initiatives aimed at enhancing overall quality
- Maintain clear and consistent communication within the team to deliver high-quality results on schedule
