Responsibilities
- Conduct standard testing of pharmaceutical materials using approved and validated analytical techniques, including pH, osmolality, concentration measurements, and mechanical testing such as break-loose and extrusion force.
- Prepare reagents, standards, and samples according to established standard operating procedures.
- Operate and perform routine maintenance on laboratory equipment, supporting calibration activities as required.
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation to comply with GMP standards and ensure data integrity.
- Follow defined testing protocols with precision and organizational rigor.
- Recognize and resolve minor analytical or instrument-related issues as they arise.
- Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, and other departments within a regulated GMP setting.
